Terms of Service

Arena is operated by eFantasy.gr Games 'n' Comics Private Company (Ιδιωτική Κεφαλαιουχική Εταιρεία), trading as “eFantasy”, 13 Iasonidou Leonidas Street, Thessaloniki, Greece. Contact: support@efantasy.gr.

• You must be at least 15 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate details and keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person, one account.
• You can update your details on the Account page, or ask us to delete your account at any time.

Events, entry conditions, prizes and dates are set by eFantasy and shown on each event page; they can change or be cancelled. Registration for some events happens on the game publisher's own website, whose terms apply.

Results are entered by eFantasy staff. League points follow the formula shown on the League page. We may correct results or standings if a mistake is found.

The event organisers have the final say on results, rules and disqualifications.

Play fairly. Do not cheat, harass or abuse other players or staff, impersonate anyone, or try to disrupt the site or gain access you are not authorised to have. We may suspend or remove accounts and results that break these rules.

Your game handle, event results and league standing are shown publicly on the site. Your full name and email are not shown to other visitors. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The site, its design, and the eFantasy name and logo belong to eFantasy. Game names, artwork and logos belong to their respective publishers and owners, and are used only to identify the games played at events.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, eFantasy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

You may stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Thessaloniki, without affecting any mandatory consumer right that lets you go to the courts where you live.
